DWM Construction did our roof replacement last summer (2009). We have been more than pleased. Dave was great to work with, his crew was quick, courteous and cleaned up well after the project. 1 year later and we had what appeared to be a roof leak so we called Dave back, he came out the day we called and checked it out. It ended up not even being a roof leak at all but some faulty caulk around the chimney. This had absolutely nothing to do with the original job he had done for us but he insisted on replacing the old caulk for us, free of charge. Now that's what I call service! I had my roof replaced by DWM less than 12 months ago and am completely satisfied with the quality of the installation and the service they provided - from the initial consult all the way to responding to small concerns I had with the install. They were extremely responsive in clearing any perceived issues - which weren't actually related to the install. It's not everyday you experience customer service at this level. Their folks clearly care about their product and back it up 100%. To top it off, they were the cheapest of the three quotes I received.
I used this roofing company for a repair. They fixed the issue in a timely fashion, were professional and their prices were fair. I was not sure what condition my roof was in, but the owner assured me the roof had a few more years of life left and just repaired the trouble spot. I thought that was very honest and I will definitely use this company when the roof needs to be replaced.
Fantastic job on a less-than-usual house. Guys were really professional and did a great job installing the skylights and fixing some problems hidden under the shingles. We were elated to find a company to work on our roof and the difference has fixed all of the problems we were having. Really can't recommend them enough.
I would recommend this company to everyone. The customer service from the lady who responded to my call, to the gentlemen who arrived was outstanding. They worked around my scheduled to set up an appointment to diagnose the problem. The technician immediately explored my attic then my roof. He took pictures of my roof with cell phone to show me the problem I was experiencing water leaking through roof to 2nd floor bedroom ceiling fan. An estimate was given, it was reasonable so I asked him to fix it on the spot. The job was done and a bill was mailed to me.
