I have gone to this Citgo for years, they have both saved me money and charged for work I did not need, but I feel I came out ahead. They are at their best when you have diagnosed your problem and they go to fixing it. They spend time too much on reminding you about wipers and low brake pads for my liking, but routine service is their bread and butter. They do good work, from oil changes to my timing belt replacement on my diesel, will go back.
I have dealt with Larry for many years and he has provided me with very good service. He also does towing which was first realized to me when his shop was in Mt. Airy and I first moved there 18 years ago and needed a tow and repairs for my Audi. He has worked on my business and private vehicles over the years. He has been a pleasure to work with and has always been able to diagnose problems and do repairs.
I ordered the pork and beef kabobs with the french fries. The french fries were hot and crunchy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. The kabobs were good they came served on a pita tomatoes onions and tzatziki sauce. All my food was great. My friend had a pit beef sandwich and the French fries it looked wonderful the sandwich was overflowing. Now you're thinking this place is a service station you know gas station mechanic shop. It has a nice dining area it has outside seating it is definitely more than just a gas station. If you're in the area I would definitely stop in there for a quick bite to eat.
I had a flat tire while traveling. Lisbon Auto Repair was the closest service available. I called and they told me they would get me in right away. They were prompt and courteous. They were able to fix the tire and I was on my way in a timely manner. While I was waiting I had a piece of their Fried Chicken - - definitely a bonus.
Decent gas station and I think they have BBQ too!
