I disagree strongly with prior reviews. PNC has been my bank since they opened their doors at the Woodbine location. Tellers are helpful. They even know a lot of their customers by name. I like the personal touch. Makes me feel like a person and not just another account number.
This was a good location about 5-10 years ago (when it was also known as westminster union). Sadly when PNC bought this location, the bank tellers where gradually cut back. The community likes human interaction, and the tellers were getting overworked. I have seen the manager say "go outside and use the ATM". This location is awful now, and I even closed my PNC account because it. Basically, they will be disappointed to see you walk in the door.
