The staff is nice but not willing to put forth effort to accommodate you. Also they get orders wrong and won't fix them. I ordered a large iced coffee, was given a medium, and they wouldn't change it when I showed the receipt saying I paid for a large. My friend and I ordered together and she went up to pick up our orders and they yelled at her and wouldn't give her both bags. Also the waiting place for food is the small hallway by the bathroom, so it's very overcrowded and the staff won't walk to you standing at the counter to give you the food. We had to maze through a bunch of people so they wouldn't just throw away our orders.
I know the managers well and the service is always prompt and thorough. As a regular, they already know what I'll get before I even step up to the register. Nice employees, and a newly renovated atmosphere; really feels like a cozy coffee shop!

Nice, friendly, and fast. They know what I want and always have it ready when it's my turn or make it as soon as they see me walk in. Very friendly people.
Very rude female worker at 8am on the Fourth of July. Apparently asking for 10 all glazed munchkins is a difficult request and warrants an eye roll after getting the order wrong the first time. Also, they take a while for on the go orders. They are the only location I've been to where the order isn't ready less than five minutes after hitting ready to pick up.
